Terriable workmanship!!
Company subcontracts work out to people that do not understand ENGLISH. Nor do they take any pride in their workmanship!They laid the floor in kitchen with lines parallel then in laundry room laid it horizontal.
They did not lay floor under appliances when we paid for it. They also cut the floor too short that it is flipping out from under threshold.. Also, did not install threshold correctly! It.
Has been 3 yrs and the carpet has wrinkles in it and also you can see where carpet meets at the seems.
They also weren't experience enough to install carpet on a step! They had to send another subcontracted to redo it.
That was a lot of money wasted to have to turn around and do it again

I had the pleasure to watch this crew at work today. They were very professional and made accommodations when having to move the heavy furniture as well.
The team works well together worked quickly.

My Floors Look Beautiful
The salesman was really informative. Answered any and all questions we had.
The installers came around 8am and stayed til around 9pm because they were dedicated to get it done in 1 day. Out with that old carpet and had laminate throughout the the house.
They are coming again next week to install tile in the kitchen and bathrooms Super hard incredible workers. My floors look beautiful

Very Knowledgeable
Have used 50 Floor on three occasions and have been extremely pleased. Our salesman, Bob, was very knowledgeable and helped us select the right flooring (carpet and wood) for our home.
I was impressed with how quickly the installation was scheduled (within one week) of our purchase. Follow-up from customer service was appreciated as well.

Late Service
We scheduled an installation for 8:00-10:00 morning window. The schedular stated that was the earliest to book a time.
On the day of installation, we were contacted that due to rain/traffic it would be closer to 9:30-10:30 window frame for the installers to show up. By 12:00 we called 50 Floors to find out what was going on. They replied that the installer would call us back. Jose called and said he would be here at 1:00 when he finishes his other job.
So our 8:00 first job of the day start window has been pushed off to 1:00 at the soonest due to another job.
Completely Satisfied
From start to finish I was completely satisfied! Our sales rep. Adam was professional and no pressure sales. Every call to their office was handled with top notch customer service.

Can’t Say Enough Good Things
I can't say enough good things about 50 Floor. I was very skeptical that they could carpet 3 bedrooms and replace flooring in 2 bathrooms in one day, but they did it all in 8 hours. Antonio and his crew were great. The installation and products are top-notch, and they left everything clean as a pin.

Very unsatisfied and insulted
50 floors instated a carpet grade below than what I paid for, been trying to address with company here in Orlando just to get a run around!!! Called the salesman, empty promises....he even texted me back thinking he was texting his dispatch and insulted me!!
He was saying I was screaming at him!! I haven't begun to scream yet!! But it's coming!!! If David was on a sales call, he would have been here the next day!!!
Horrible customer service, unwilling to work with me, they even broke my closet door and fought with me about it!!
There's more a lot more, don't think I have enough letters!!! Stay away from this company!!!!!
